Mohamed Salah sets a tough condition to stay with Liverpool

Football Insider reported that Mohamed Salah’s desire is still the same, that he wants to renew his contract with Liverpool.

The Egyptian star came out after the Manchester United match with shocking statements in which he said that he had not been offered a renewal yet, and therefore he considers this season to be his last with Liverpool.

According to the report, the 32-year-old only wanted to pressure the Reds’ management to move and submit a renewal offer to him as soon as possible.

But at the same time, Salah sets one condition to accept the renewal offer, which is that his salary remains the same.

Salah receives 350 thousand pounds sterling per week, and he is the highest-paid player in Liverpool and among the top 5 highest-paid players in the Premier League in general.

Salah believes that the levels he is presenting should maintain his huge salary, especially since he has received offers that are double that from the Saudi League.

Liverpool’s position on accepting this condition remains ambiguous, as the club usually reduces the salaries of players over 30 years old and does not give them long-term contracts.
