Mourinho in trouble in Turkey.. and the reason is his “racism” against Galatasaray!

Galatasaray club announced in an official statement that it will file a lawsuit against Fenerbahce coach Jose Mourinho due to his racist words against them.

The two teams’ match in the Istanbul derby on Monday ended in a goalless draw, and after the match Mourinho said that those on the Galatasaray bench were jumping like “monkeys”.

Because of these words, Galatasaray issued a strongly worded statement against the exceptional, especially since it is not the first incident in which Mourinho has attacked his rival in Turkey.

The statement read, “Since the beginning of his administrative duties in Turkey, Fenerbahce coach Jose Mourinho has consistently made insulting statements directed at the Turkish people.”

It also added, “His statements have escalated from mere immoral comments to unambiguously inhumane speech. Therefore, we officially announce our intention to initiate criminal proceedings regarding the racist statements made by Mourinho.”

The matter will not stop at the Turkish authorities, but Galatasaray plans to raise the matter to FIFA and UEFA to take serious steps towards a strict penalty against Mourinho.

It is worth noting that Galatasaray is the leader of the Turkish League standings, with a 6-point difference from the runner-up Fenerbahce so far.
