According to Brazilian media, the Brazilian Football Confederation has entered into negotiations with Jesus, and the coach has already accepted the offer.
The current crisis remains over when the Portuguese will take over. He cannot immediately leave Al-Hilal, and on the other hand, he must wait until the end of the Blue Wave’s participation in the 2025 Club World Cup.
It is most likely that Brazil will be led by an interim coach during the next international break in June, after which Jesus will take over and begin his duties by July at the latest.
