Although Kylian Mbappe will cost Real Madrid’s coffers a lot of money, in reality there is another player who is straining the Royal Club’s coffers at the present moment.
According to the newspaper “Sport”, Real Madrid was forced to pay new millions to the Brazilian club Palmeiras even before Endrick wore the Merengue shirt for the first time.
In general, Real Madrid paid 35 million euros as a fixed transfer value to Palmeiras to sign the Brazilian player, and the contract stipulates another 25 million euros as variables.
Real Madrid began paying these changes early, as it was forced to pay 5 million euros due to Endrick’s goals with the Brazilian national team in the past months, in addition to another 1.250 million euros for the player’s participation in the Copa America.
Thus, the total transfer deal for 18-year-old Endrick to Real Madrid becomes 41.5 million euros, while the player has not yet played any official match with Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.
Endrick will join the pre-season during the next few days, and will sign his transfer contracts to Real Madrid as soon as he turns 18 on July 21, and with that, his journey begins at the Santiago Bernabéu.
