Barcelona club officially announced the renewal of the contract of its young star Gavi until 2030.

Gavi’s old contract was due to expire in the summer of 2026, and renewal negotiations between the two parties began last year until they recently achieved the desired result.

As usual for Barcelona, ​​Gavi’s contract was secured with a penalty clause whose value was not announced, but it is expected to reach one billion euros.

In addition to Gavi, Barcelona renewed the contracts of a number of young players, such as Ronald Araujo and Pedri, who are considered two of the most important pillars of the team.
