Cristiano Ronaldo officially won the title of top scorer in the Saudi League 2023-2024 in his favor during the final round of the competition.
“The Don” participated in his team’s match against Al-Nasr against Al-Ittihad, where he scored two goals that raised his scoring tally to 35 goals.
In general, Ronaldo became the player who contributed the most goals in one season in the history of the Saudi League, with 46 goals, 35 by scoring and 11 by making.
Despite all his attempts, Al Hilal striker Alexander Mitrovic failed to be the top scorer, and settled for runner-up after scoring only 27 goals.
In total, Ronaldo scored 64 goals with Al-Nasr in 62 matches, noting that he has been wearing the “Al-Alamy” shirt since January 2023.
Ronaldo adds to his history the Saudi League top scorer award, after achieving the same title, but in the English Premier League, the Spanish League, and the Italian League.
Ronaldo has not yet won any official championship with Al-Nasr, and his only group title was winning the Arab Club Championship, which is a friendly competition.
The 39-year-old hopes to win his first title with Al-Nasr when he meets Al-Hilal next Friday in the King’s Cup final.
