The curtain has fallen on the 2023-2024 Egyptian League after nearly a year of competition, and Al Ahly has crowned the title for the 44th time in its history.
Palestinian Wissam Abu Ali managed to win the Egyptian League top scorer award after scoring 18 goals in only 19 matches he played with Al Ahly last season.
Wissam Abu Ali became the first Palestinian to win the Egyptian League top scorer in the history of the tournament since its inception in 1948.
At the same time, Abu Ali became the 10th foreign player to achieve the top scorer of the Egyptian League, and the 11th player in the history of Al Ahly in general.
