A Paris Saint-Germain star received an official offer from Galatasaray in the past hours, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Turkish club hopes to sign central defender Milan Skriniar on loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy next summer.
Earlier, coach Luis Enrique announced that Skriniar was out of his plans and that the door to departure was wide open for him and Randy Kolo Muani.
Indeed, Galatasaray contacted Paris Saint-Germain as soon as the winter transfer window began, offering to sign the Slovenian star, awaiting his final decision.
It is most likely that Skriniar has already expressed his approval to move to the Turkish league, and it is only a few minor touches and the deal will be officially completed in the coming days.
The 31-year-old Skriniar was the focus of attention of a number of English clubs, led by Arsenal, but without any serious moves to conclude the deal.
