Pedri accuses the Real Madrid star of “disrespect”

Barcelona and Spain star Pedri praised Antonio Rudiger and considered him one of the best defenders in the world, but criticized him and described him as disrespectful because of his behavior on the field.

The Spanish national team is preparing to face its German counterpart in the quarter-finals of Euro 2024, and during the press conference before the match, Pedri spoke about various matters, including Rudiger.

The Barcelona star said in this regard, “He is a very good center back and has strength, but I don’t think we should be afraid of him.”

He also added, “He is kicking on the field. This is bad behavior. For me, it is disrespectful. It is very painful and annoying.”

At the same time, Pedri praised another Real Madrid star, Toni Kroos, saying, “He is truly a legend and still has a lot of football skills.”

He concluded, “I hope that Friday’s match will be his last match and that we will achieve victory over Germany.”

It is noteworthy that Euro 2024 is Kroos’s last participation in his career after he previously announced his retirement from football, meaning that if Germany loses, the Spain match will be his last time with football as a player.
