Ramadan Sobhi was unlucky in his team Pyramids’ match against Zamalek, in the semi-finals of the 2024 Egyptian Super Cup.
The result was a 1-1 draw for Zamalek and Pyramids at Al Nahyan Stadium, until the referee, after returning to video technology, awarded a penalty kick in favor of Igola’s friend.
Ramadan Sobhi came to take the kick and succeeded in doing half the job successfully after he deceived Mohamed Awad and made him stand in his place and shot the ball to his right.
But unfortunately for Ramadan, his perfect shot hit Awad’s right post and bounced back on its way to the goal, but it also found the Zamalek goalkeeper’s foot in a strange way.
The shot speaks volumes about the bad luck of the former Al-Ahly player.
