Raphinha Gives Barcelona a Thrilling Victory Over Celta Vigo

Exciting action arose at the Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys during the match between Barcelona and Celta Vigo in Round 32 of La Liga.

Barça started the match with a goal from Ferran Torres after 12 minutes, and everyone thought it would be easy after that.

But a terrible mistake by Szczesny allowed Celta Vigo to equalize through Borja Iglesias in the 15th minute. The same player then scored twice in the second half between the 52nd and 62nd minutes.

In the 59th minute, Hansi Flick brought on Dani Olmo and Lamine Yamal. The former scored the equalizer in the 64th minute, and the latter set up Rafinha to equalize in the 64th minute.

With the game in its final moments, Olmo won a penalty kick, which Raphinha converted, giving Barça three vital points.

Raphinha increased his goalscoring tally this season to 29, along with 23 assists, in 48 appearances in all competitions.

This was the first time Celta Vigo had scored three goals at Barcelona’s stadium, and Iglesias became only the second player in the 21st century to score a hat-trick at the Catalan club’s stadium after Diego Forlán in 2005.

Barcelona’s points tally rose to 73, temporarily opening a seven-point gap over Real Madrid until the Whites play Athletic Bilbao on Sunday at the Santiago Bernabéu.
