Real Madrid star confirmed to miss El Clasico due to injury

Real Madrid star Rodrygo has been confirmed to miss Saturday’s El Clasico against Barcelona after sustaining an injury in the Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.

The Brazilian international left the Santiago Bernabeu stadium after suffering a right hamstring injury during the Royal Club’s 5-2 win on Tuesday.

According to Spanish media, Rodrygo will not be able to catch up with the Barcelona match and may be out for a relatively long time due to this injury.

Fortunately for Real, Brahim Diaz has just returned from injury to fill the void left by one of Carlo Ancelotti’s most prominent players this season.

Rodrygo is scheduled to undergo extensive tests over the next 24 hours to determine the severity of the injury and the confirmed length of his absence from the stadiums.

It is worth noting that the 22-year-old has participated with Real Madrid this season in 13 matches in all competitions, during which he scored 3 goals and made 2 others.
