Reports: Neymar will terminate his contract with Al-Hilal.. and this is his next destination

The American club Chicago Fire has entered into negotiations with Brazilian star Neymar da Silva to join its ranks for the next two seasons.

According to press reports, the American club has contacted the Saudi Al-Hilal club, with which Neymar is linked to a contract, to discuss the possibility of the player’s transfer.

These reports confirmed that the negotiations are still in their early stages, and a final agreement has not been reached yet.

This news comes at a time when other reports indicate Neymar’s desire to leave Al-Hilal club during the current winter transfer period, after coach Jorge Jesus’ decision to exclude him from the local list.

Sources close to the player confirmed that Neymar is looking for a new experience, and that the United States of America is the closest destination for him currently, as his name is linked to Inter Miami and Chicago Fire clubs.

Brazilian reports had indicated that Neymar would negotiate with Al-Hilal to terminate the contract by mutual consent between the two parties, which may facilitate his joining Chicago Fire, or returning to Santos.

Neymar, 32, is going through the worst period of his professional career with Al Hilal, as he missed most of the team’s matches due to injuries. The player participated in only 7 matches in a year and a half, during which he scored one goal and made 3 others.
