The English media reassured Manchester United fans about the health of Noussair Mazraoui after undergoing heart surgery.
The Moroccan international suffered from an abnormal heart palpitations that required surgical intervention to fix it, and rumors began that this could mean the end of his football career.
According to the Daily Mail, Mazraoui’s heart problem is “minor” and will not prevent him from returning to the stadiums again.
In principle, Mazraoui will only need two months to recover and be able to participate in matches with Manchester United again.
The newspaper confirmed that the English club was aware of Mazraoui’s problem since he underwent a medical examination upon his transfer last summer from Bayern Munich.
The Red Devils paid 15 million euros to sign the 26-year-old from Bayern, and he has participated in 10 matches this season with Erik ten Hag’s squad so far.
