Ronaldo Reclaims Glory with Legendary Goal Against Al-Riyadh Club (Video)

Cristiano Ronaldo reclaimed his former glory with a more than stunning goal for Al-Nassr against Al-Riyadh on Sunday in the Saudi League.

Al-Riyadh were leading 1-0 at the Parc des Princes, before Ronaldo intervened and equalized, capitalizing on a pass from Sadio Mané in front of goal in the 55th minute.

In the 64th minute, Ronaldo scored a goal that could only be described as legendary, after the ball returned to him near the penalty area and he unleashed an unstoppable volley.

Ronaldo’s brace brought his tally in the Saudi League to 23 goals, four more than his nearest pursuer, Abderrazak Hamdallah.

Overall, the 40-year-old has scored 32 goals and four assists in 35 matches across all competitions this season.

It’s worth noting that this brace brings Ronaldo’s total career goals to 933, as he seeks to reach the 1,000-goal mark before retiring.

With Al-Nassr’s victory thanks to Ronaldo’s brace, Al-Alamy now has 57 points, sitting in third place, one point behind second-place Al-Hilal and eight points behind leaders Al-Ittihad.
