Mohamed Salah revived the competition for the Premier League top scorer title 2024-25 with his brace in Liverpool’s 3-2 win over Southampton.
The “Egyptian King” raised his tally to 10 goals this season, his eighth consecutive season with the Reds in which he has scored 10 or more goals in the Premier League.
Erling Haaland failed to score in the Manchester City and Tottenham match, which his club lost 4-0.
It seems that, unlike the last two seasons, the competition will be intense between Haaland and the rest of the Premier League players, led by Salah, for the top scorer title.
