Real Madrid star, Vinicius Junior, closed the door to any possible transfer to the Saudi League next summer, stressing that he wants to continue with the royal club.
The Brazilian star’s statements came after he led Real to an important victory over Salzburg in the Champions League 5-1, where he scored two goals, raising his total goals in the white shirt to 101 goals.
The match came hours after reports that the Saudi League intends to make Vinicius the most expensive in history, and is ready to submit an offer of 350 million euros to Real Madrid to acquire his services.
Vinicius responded to this news by saying, “My future is only in Real Madrid.”
He also added, “I dreamed of being here, and being able to play with great players. I think this is my dream today, to think about big things and be able to win as many titles as possible with this shirt.”
“The important thing is to always have clear ideas, continue to improve my game, develop myself and help the biggest club in the world,” he concluded.
Vinicius’ current contract still runs until 2027, and the coming period is expected to witness negotiations to renew for a longer period and completely close the door to any external interest in the 24-year-old.
