Rodrygo wrote, “Yesterday’s result wasn’t what we hoped for in La Liga, every point makes a difference in the end.” He added, “Last week, they talked about the Bellingham, Mbappe, and Vinicius trio, but they’ll have to add the letter ‘R’ for Rodrigo.”
Spanish reports confirmed that the post published by Rodrygo was not written by him personally, but was prepared by his communications team. The reports indicated that the message was deleted after it was misinterpreted.
Some analysts believe that Rodrigo was trying to assert his importance in the team, at a time when there is increasing talk about the strength of the new attacking trio consisting of Bellingham, Mbappe, and Vinicius, and that this could be the beginning of unrest in the dressing room among the various stars of the royal club.
