The first Saudi in Italy? Great interest from a giant club in Saud Abdul Hamid

It seems that Saud Abdel Hamid’s professionalism in one of the five major leagues will become real this summer, in light of the rumors of interest from more than one major club in obtaining his signature.

Abdel Hamid’s contract with Al Hilal expires in the summer of 2025, allowing other clubs to negotiate with the Blue Wave this summer instead of the player leaving for free next year.

According to journalist Rudy Galletti, Aston Villa maintains its interest in the Saudi player, and is still seeking his services this summer.

The latest to join the race to sign the flying right-back is the Italian club Roma, which is looking for support on the right front after the departure of Christensen and the other imminent departure of Karsdorp.

Although Nottingham Forest was the first to be interested in Saud Abdel Hamid, the English club is mostly out of the race now due to the difficulty of negotiating with Al Hilal, which is still clinging to its star.

The future of the 24-year-old player remains open to all options, as he may end up renewing for Al Hilal, or decide to become the second Saudi in the Premier League after Sami Al Jaber in Wolverhampton, or the first Saudi player in the Italian League.
