Marca newspaper reported that Lille player Lenny Yoro informed his club management of his desire to move to Real Madrid next summer.
The Royal Club is looking for support for the centre-back position, and Yoro was at the top of a long list that Florentino Perez’s management is considering for a move next summer.
According to the latest report, the Royal Club management has begun negotiations with Euro, and it is not expected that there will be a crisis in agreeing on personal terms.
On the player’s part, he very much welcomed joining Real Madrid, to the point that he told Lille to ignore all other offers because he wanted to wear the Los Blancos shirt.
Real Madrid hopes to settle the deal for an amount ranging between 30 to 40 million euros, given that the 18-year-old’s contract expires in the summer of 2025 and Lille will be lenient in negotiating because of that.
It is worth noting that Yoro is also receiving interest from Paris Saint-Germain and a number of major English clubs, but Real Madrid is currently the closest to obtaining his services.
