Marca reported that Real Madrid star Dani Ceballos has received two offers to leave the royal club in the remaining days of the current summer Mercato.
Since last season, Ceballos has been suffering from a lack of participation in matches and is the last option for coach Carlo Ancelotti in the midfield, which is why he has a desire to leave this summer.
According to the report, Monaco and Real Betis have entered into negotiations with Ceballos, who in turn does not mind the step of leaving Real Madrid.
Although the Spanish international has only participated in 6 minutes in Real’s two matches this season, Ancelotti is determined to keep him and does not want him to leave.
The Italian coach will do his best to convince Ceballos to stay at the Santiago Bernabeu, and will promise him that he will get more opportunities to participate.
Ancelotti’s basic idea in keeping Ceballos is that the current season is very long, and there is a need for a large number of players on the roster, especially in the midfield position.
In general, Real Betis will need to sell at least one player to be able to sign Ceballos, while Monaco differs from the player in salary.
The 28-year-old’s salary is more than 5 million euros per year at Real, and no club can currently pay him that salary, which increases the chances of him staying with the Merengue.
