The draw for the quarter-finals of the European Nations League 2024-25 was held on Friday evening, and resulted in a number of exciting matches that can be described as “early finals”.
The first early final will bring together the German national team, which has recently returned strongly, against the Italian national team, which finds itself under pressure to make up for what happened in Euro 2024.
As for the second exciting final, it will be between the defending champion, the Spanish national team, against the Netherlands, while France plays Croatia in a repeat of the 2018 World Cup final.
The Portuguese national team may be the luckiest in this draw, as it was drawn against the Danish national team, and the Scandinavian team will remain one of the strong teams, but avoiding Ronaldo’s teammates for the rest of the big names is still better for them.

However, if Portugal succeeds in overcoming Denmark, it will await the winner of Germany and Italy, while France, if it succeeds in overcoming Croatia, may face Spain in the semi-finals again after the Euro 2024 summit, or the Netherlands.

UEFA Nations League 2024-25 Quarter-final Dates
The 2024-25 UEFA Nations League quarter-finals will be played on a home-and-away basis during the upcoming international break in March.
The first legs will be played on 20 March 2025, with the second legs just 3 days later on 23 March.
