Which club offered 200 million euros to Barcelona to include Lamine Yamal?
Barcelona President Joan Laporta made controversial statements when he said that he rejected an offer of 200 million euros from one of the clubs to sign Lamine Yamal.
The Spanish international’s talent has clearly emerged this season, and he has become one of the Catalan club’s stars, even though he is still sixteen years old.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain has an interest in contracting with Lamine Yamal and asked about the possibility of including him, and he may be seen as a successor to Kylian Mbappe at the Parc des Princes Stadium.
Logically, it seems that PSG is the club that Laporta talked about and tried to sign Yamal, but it is unknown how true or accurate his talk about an offer of 200 million euros is.
On Barcelona’s part, there is no intention at all to sell Yamal, as Catalan officials consider him the future of the Blaugrana, and there is confidence that he will renew his contract again when he reaches 18 years old after two years.
Yamal had expressed his happiness more than once to wear the Barcelona shirt, and stressed that he felt very comfortable inside Camp Nou, hinting that he had no intention of leaving next summer.
